I'm selling a skincare I've just bought (around two months before).
It's a lotion (or as Westerners call, a toner) from Menard, called Beauness. It contains SPA essence and as taken from Menard Canada website:
SPA consists of many natural resources that help to create a beautiful, healthy skin and body. MENARD focus our attention on this natural spa water and created “SPA Essence”, which draws from the combining the natural power of the “ocean”, “plants” and “spa water”. BEAUNESS is an “Alpha-Care (add-on)” products. It contains SPA Essence, which conditions and makes the skin healthy and smooth. It also helps to restore horny layers, prevents pimples and improves pimple inflammation.
So good yeah?
The reason I bought this product was because I had a freaking long terrible time trying to combat my red and acne skin. I've tried all forms of skincare, be it cream, lotion, emulsion, or gel but none worked. So I wanted to try a toner version.
Upon purchasing, I researched here and there and honestly I didn't find any bad review for this product. Thus I encouraged myself to bet my luck on this.
Sadly my skin didn't like it. So much.
My skin turned red and broke out in massive amount of tiny pus-filled papules. They're very very tiny they don't look like pimples, but more like a rash. A form of allergy.
I took a recovery time, thinking that perhaps my skin might need some adjustment time. Alas, everytime I applied it on my face, I was guaranteed that my skin would react in such terrible way.
Plenty praises Beauness, such as those I found in a local beauty forum here and they said it's really great to fight their acne problems.
I guess it's just my skin doesn't like it, or more likely, I am allergic to one or few ingredients. My skin is very intolerant and talking about that makes me sad. However I promise myself to write about it esp. how and when the problems began once I find the cure. Yeah, I'm not giving up!
